Information we collect
When you send us an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, and project details you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss possible services, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your personal information.
Website technology
Our hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as IP addresses and browser data, to operate and secure the website. If we introduce analytics, advertising cookies, or other third-party tracking tools, this policy will need updating.
Retention and safeguards
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, or recordkeeping purposes and take reasonable measures to protect it.

Website inquiries
Messages submitted through our Contact page are stored with contact details, consent, inquiry status and internal follow-up notes. Portal administrators use this record to respond to inquiries and document email or phone conversations.
Private project workspace
For customers and team members, we also store account details, project briefs, uploaded files, reference links, comments, approval decisions and activity records. Authorized VANBREDA team members can manage projects; customers can view only their own workspace. We use this information to deliver and document our work together.
Portal sign-in uses necessary security cookies and emailed verification codes. We keep limited security records to control repeated sign-in attempts. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to provide these services. Project email preferences can be changed within the portal. Completed project records and backups are retained for business and recordkeeping needs; contact us about access, corrections or retention of your information.
